Investment Process
Step 1
Acquisition
We market directly to sellers to locate deals that match our value add criteria. After finding a deal of interest we have an extensive underwriting and due diligence process we go through before securing financing and closing on the property.
Step 2
Reposition
As apart of our value add model, after closing we will immediately begin renovating both interior and exteriors as needed. Additionally as a part of the transition we will put new a professional property management team in place.
Step 3
Disposition/Refinance
Once the reposition is complete we will either sell the property or refinance, either way all investor capital will be returned!
